Todays Topic of Choice is the Husbands JOB!!!
Today we found out that he did not advance to E6 [ first class ] in the Navy!
No he isnt stupid and if your a military wife that is in another Branch your probably wondering
if making rank is the same for everyone.. NO!
The Navy has you take a Test on top of your overall point system!
His rate is OS [ Operation Specialist] is damn near closed !!
In case your wondering NO im not upset he didnt advance it would of been nice but we knew
there wasnt a big chance he could make it!
Heres how it breaks down for this cycle
1307 ppl passed but only 22 ppl advanced! Putting it at 1.67% of advancement chance
that is practically a 0 for any OS trying to make E6.
This really doesnt mean shit except we might have to start talking about changing rates, or going blue to green! Only time will tell what happens..
Anywho I havent blogged in like 2 days so this is what you get LOL.. My mind is a big blurrr at the moment soo yea

Sounds like the Navy does rank a lot like the AF. If it makes you feel any better Jason is still an e5 as well. :(
