Since the Tiniez are sleeping/ Playing i decided to hop on FB and see what my friends are up to!
While doing so i ran across a good friends pg. And i must say she is AWESOME!
If i could give her a personal award i would!! Why you ask, well because she is such a selfless person!
She is currently going through the process of becoming a Surrogate for a friend of hers who cannot[ for whatever reason] have kids. I myself could not see me doing this for someone no matter how much i love them. Reasons being:
[ im not super fertile and well i cant see myself giving up a baby i carried yea selfish i know]
But Jenny is doing this for her friend. Yes she has kids of her own [ 2 to be exact]! and despite what people have said to her about going through this she is still going foward!!
This brings me to a question:
If you could give any one person in your life [ new or old] a Personal Award who would it be and why?
You can make up a name for them or w/e
This is just what was going through my mind as i read through her FB

That is very thought provoking... hmmm I guess my BFF Carla. She has a heart of gold, and while she struggles with issues (don't we all?) she tries really hard to get out of herself. So, to my BFF, I give the award of Amazing Woman award!

Actually, my friend M at this blog: http://mommamakeover.blogspot.com/. She is beautiful, quirky, intelligent, but still doesn't believe in herself and I wish she would recognize her own power! We are so far only e-friends, but I know that one day we will meet.
I am also following from the Almost Friday hop. Check me out...I'm a beauty product addict as well: http://lastsplash-cannonball14.blogspot.com/
Your posts are so well written...I enjoyed the journey. Your friend does sound amazing, having had 11 of my own babies I guarantee you it would be difficult for me to give up a baby I'd carried for 9 mo.
Also, I read you're in Japan with a Navy hubbie. My son is there now, but he's in the Air Force! Following you from Buzz on by...hope you can stop by for a visit!
Thanks, Becky Jane
Raising kids can be a lot like weeding the rose bed...well worth it, but...OUCH!
