Baby Shower and other things ..

This post will b a relatively long as i have alot to say =) 

Most is good [ About 90% and the rest is a lil rant]

My BabyShower:

[slight rant]

Yesterday [ Sat] was my babyshower. I had expected well let me say about 25 ppl RSVP'd 

and about 5 showed up and then 2 came after work. YES i was super upset because i planned this about 3 months in advance and its not like it was a last minute thing. Not to mention the heat index was at 105.

This was me at the beginning :

yes i wore heels lol .. eventually i changed clothes 

As far as the babyshower for the most part it went well. I got a few gifts and some gift cards =) 

I am really amazed at the fact that one of the girls who came got me a ton of gifts and i have barely hung out with her. it really showed me who actually cares. 

The food: lol im a fatty.. was great we had fruit salad, Caesar salad, rice, ribs, pulled pork and pernil [ spanish name for pork butt] yummm 

the cake: consisted of 2 tiers [ 2 layers each] of chocolate cake, seperated by choc. pudding and the other tier had strawberry preserves. Yumm..

I would put pics of all the gifts but i refuse to put all the funny faces i am making while they were snapping pictures LOL.. 

 Now on to the gift i bought myself from my husband LOL..

the bag was filled with other custom made things ..

Everything in this order was customized to my liking including the bag. I got my daughters name put on some of the things. and her initials on mostly everything.. =)  The fabric on the bag is Hot Pink Zebra print.. Everything was hand crafted . Jeni took the time to make everything for me and kept checking back until i got my items in the mail! i truely appreciate great customer service. and yes i plan on ordering from her again!
