Ok so where to begin.. 

Ill just start with letting you know about this company, and YES im being completely honest in this review. These are my opinions in which im entitled to so leave the drama else where.

I found this company through a friends facebook! It was the first company i ever heard of that sold makeup online. At this point i was just getting into makeup!! I was always a Lip gloss n go type of woman!! but being in japan just brought out my love for it. so in hence i went to the site which i will not be putting a link to!! and placed my first order. i must say the make up itself is great. i ordered palettes n eyeshadow, second order i got paint wheels that are exclusive to the company n they dont sell anymore.. After this i believe i placed a third order and all these three orders where shipped n received within a reasonable timing. During the purchase of my 4th and last order [ due to me finding another company] this order for some reason took forever to be placed. And def. not on my behalf!! i had given the order to the person and was ready to pay for it.  i kept writing her to let her know and never got an answer, not even to tell me that they didn't have something in stock or whatever the case was.  well a month later i decided to just sat eff it n place an order else where. Right as i did this they placed my order which i wasn't even asked if i still wanted it.[ yes this annoys me] so i was like whatever i paid for it n then it took them 2 weeks longer to tell me some of the things weren't in stock.. WTF!!!  at this point im just like send me whatever u got. so they did!! then it wasn't shipped properly and guess who didn't receive her package at all. i let the company know n i guess they were hesitant to resend my order. so i took to the website and let them know that they never gave me a tracking number there for i was not responsible for the loss of everything! this is when they decided to reship my order. they added extra things to compensate for the loss of the first package but to me the damage was done. i never place an order with anyone for less than $100  its always for alot more.. 

Im pretty sure not many people place $400+ orders, so i would think i deserved great customer service!! guess what i didnt.. so the bottom line is if u would like to order from them get ready for the not so nice customer service!! YES the products are good but what does that matter when ur being treated as if your money isnt good enough!!

i guess this review was kinda like a rant but whatever its my blog!! take it as you want it i know i wouldnt recommend this to anyone but to each its own
